[amsat-bb] VO-52 Status

  Hi Paul and Clayton,

Thanks for your valuable report. Even me and Nitin VU3TYG not heard the
beacon during 02:16 UT [2 Deg] pass over India. I'm in touch with our
Satellite controllers at ISTRAC.  Will keep you all posted with the latest
info, soon. The next good pass over Bangalore for us to look into the
details is only at 12:50 UT.

In the mean time, we would greatly appreciate the reports around the World.
As Paul noticed, it would be nice to scan for the beacon from 3 Khz higher.
