[amsat-bb] VO-52 Status

Yes, VO-52 is a wonderful satellite.  I have no doubt the ground team
and AMSAT-India will work diligently to resume service.

Due to the efforts of AMSAT-UK and its partners, we have more
transponders on orbit now.   Now is an excellent time to renew your
memberships and make contributions to AMSAT groups who have active
satellite projects.  AMSAT-NA FOX program will help replenish our near
depleted fleet of FM satellites.
