[amsat-bb] LO-78 (LituanicaSAT-1) status update

Dear radio amateurs,

LO-78 transponder is currently turned off. Telemetry should start
transmitting in 24 hours. Next transponder operation is scheduled on
tuesday - probably for the last time. Your reports are very welcome as
always.
