[amsat-bb] 847 version of FUNcube Dashboard

The latest version of the FUNcube Dashboard seems to decode rather
well, at least comparable to the previous release.

I didn't get a chance to decode a whole pass due to SO-50 AOS
coinciding with the TCA for AO-73, but by that time I had decoded 93
frames.  I'm confident that if I had continued tracking AO-73 I would
have reached 130+ frames.  This is with a 7 ele linear yagi, no
preamp, full az/el control, and the FCDP+.
