[amsat-bb] About ARTSAT1:INVADER

Dear all,

Thank you for your report about ARTSAT1: INVADER.

The commnad station can get the status from your report.

The satellite stop to send CW when the commnad is sent, or no replay.

The battery is fine and some functions are working by some commands,
so the members get the status from CW and keep triying to recover.
