As Hans and Jan said we have not yet switched on the beacon
transmitter or deployed the antenna. The initial beacon transmitted
will be a short morse encoded text message, at eight or ten words per
minute if I recall correctly. There is also a pseudorandom number
message but that will likely only be used later on. We will definitely
publicise it when we do start transmitting. In the mean time you can
