Befor tearing everyting apart and guess that the problem is the pot in the
rotor get a DC voltmeter and measure the voltage between E2 and E3 on the
rear of control box.If the pot is OK you must measure a variation betweeen 0
volt to about 6 volt DC turning the elevation all the way by 0° to 180°
