Sure it does ... so does the Puxing UV973.

BUT - do not get your hopes up that the 8D will perform well in FM satellite V/U 
or U/V modes. I mean, if Alinco could not get it right at the US$250 price point, 
I do not expect Wouxun nor Puxing to get it right at the $100 price point.

KENWOOD has some wonderful engineering minds working for them. No one has 
been able to compete with the TH-F6a (non-duplex, but 3 bands each at full TX 
power) nor their TH-D72a (FULL-duplex ops for FM birds).
