Perhaps the telemetry beacon is only on over Lithuania. I have not
heard it myself.

Also, remember that LituanicaSAT-1 and LitSAT-1 are different
satellites. There has been confusion on that point. LitSAT-1 transmits
on 2 meters, LituanicaSAT-1 transmits on 70cm.
