[amsat-bb] Shin-En 2 transponder launch

So it is a demod/remod fsk data repeater? Please give us more description
of the "F1D" transponder.
I cannot WAIT for the Virginia Tech super ground station to be up and
running. My office is covered up in boxes with PoP (pile of parts). I
had hoped to have it up and running through 70cm before Thanksgiving. Just
too much to do.
