[amsat-bb] LVB Tracker and Windows 7

Thanks Alan…I completely forgot about the manufacturer issue.  It was a dpl-usb232 cable and DLP Design had a driver…working…yeah!

manufacturer's site and find an updated driver.  More information will be helpful to diagnose the
