Female voice under the SSTV signal is describing the ISS's location, e.g., on the last pass, "Canada, Province of Ontario, 
Lake Ontario."

Strong SSTV signal on 13 degree pass ~1520 UTC on 145.80. Heard voice overlay two through tubby sucky on VX-8. Heard packet 
on 145.825 I was hoping to capture SSTV through iPhone app via speaker from radio but didn't remember what mode to use.
Hope it on during next pass.
