[amsat-bb] ISS SSTV pictures received September 6

Yeah, I was lucky cause no QSB or fading at RX.

I have +3 floor´s build to 2 o´clock direction 10m from my antennas that
cause some decrease of the signal till 20º elevation, but that time was
PERFECT!
