[amsat-bb] First pass in CN73

I figured that since there was such a good pass of SO-50 this morning I would try using my hand held and attempt some contacts, but the only station I heard was WA4NVM Rick, and I couldn't get his attention.  I concluded that using the hand held was not a good decision.  I will set up the FT-897 for the next SO-50 and FO-29 pass at 1439 UTC and 1453 UTC.
