[amsat-bb] A pass from the past

Get gpredict for (windows/linux) it has a nice time controlling feature, 
and of course you want to use a "updated" tle for that (past) day.

Just ask the list members for a tle set for a date, I'm also one of 
those the get it weekly via email since ever...
