[amsat-bb] ISS SSTV April 11 - Again!

If I have done my predictions correctly, I don't think there are any North
American passes. I think it may only be on April 11 from 10:00 to 21:00
UTC.

When I changed my PC clock to April 11, passes between those times were
over Europe and Russia.

Did I screw up?
