Threatening public humiliation over QSL Cards is pretty low for any
radio ham, Like you Drew all cards get responded too but it takes time
even if they are direct anything between 1-5 months, if its via the
bureau it could take many years.

Guess thats the bonus of LoTW its much quicker :-)
