[amsat-bb] AMSAT BB list configuration change?

Hi Chris,

I checked with the IT Wizards in the back room at AMSAT and they replied
with:

"Thank Chris for pointing out that error.  He should find the typo fixed in
messages sent from now on."

Hopefully you're back on track!
