[amsat-bb] SO-50 from Cal Poly 4/24

There is a good pass of SO-50 right at the lunch break for CubeSat 
Developers' Workshop Friday April 24 starting at 19:20 UTC.
Several here want to see the ham satellites in action, so I plan to be 
on that pass - if you work me please respond with your name and city, 
state rather than grid square, so they can get a feel for where you are!
