[amsat-bb] Update: ARISS Contact today at 16:40 UTC

Brought a couple of coworkers outside with my HT. We only had about a
minute and a half of solid copy due to the buildings here in downtown
DC, but they were impressed that they were hearing an astronaut's
voice directly from space.
