[amsat-bb] AO 73 and SATPAC program

I'm not familiar with the SATPAC program and didn't find much about it with Google, but it sounds like it may have something to do with the way longitude is entered. Are you entering your position as E/W longitude (+/- 180 deg) or E longitude (0 -359 deg E). Whichever you are using, try the other one.
