[amsat-bb] ARISS APRS MIA?

I heard very strong packet data yesterday on its pass over florida at 17:30 EST.
I was mobile and just listening to the downlink so no computer decode involved.

Yes, I'm fully aware it's not working, Ted. The question is, "WHY?" There are no scheduled dockings or EVAs, so no one seems to know.
