[amsat-bb] Dual-band 2M/440 Tape Measure antennas

Could anyone point me toward a website where someone has built a dual-band
tape measure antenna for satellite use? I'm particularly interested in the
measurements (element length on each band, element spacing for each band,
etc).

These antennas will be used (hopefully!) for satellites, but will also
double as tracking antennas for fox hunts (more about that in a longer post
that I'll write in a few minutes.)
