We (AMSAT-NA) have a team working on an upconverter for Fox-1C/D L band,
70 cm in with L satellite band output at TBD (>=15W) power right now.
With Fox-1C due to launch around the end of the year we expect to have
those plans and maybe parts available for that launch.
More information will come out as we get some prototypes tested. Just
remind me again in a month or two if I haven't said anything!
