[amsat-bb] Question about AMSAT BB

Legitimate email can sometimes be caught as spam, and if it does not generate a message to the list
moderators, if may be anywhere from a few minutes to several hours before it is noticed and released.
However, by far the biggest reason a legitimate message is caught is when it is sent from another
account rather than the one registered to amsat-bb.  There have been a few today.  The other reasons
are distant seconds.
