Dear Drew
LAPAN-A2 also known as LAPAN ORARI satellite will be launched together on a mission astrosat India's PSLV-C30 / astrosat on 28 Sep 2015. It will operate in the near equatorial orbit between 6 to 8 degree, 650km and able to cross the territory of Indonesia 14 times a day.
I will update to you as soon as possible after this bird on orbit.

I can’t decipher if it is just for A2, or for LAPANSAT-ORARI, or if the satellites have been combined now? Is http://www.amsatuk.me.uk/iaru/finished_detail.php?serialnum=152 still correct as to modes and frequencies?
