[amsat-bb] Fw: SATPC32 Error Help

First UNZIP the downloaded file into an empty folder. Then right click 
on the file name "setup" and choose the option "Run as administrator", 
even if you are the administrator.
Under Windows 7 and higher the Windows Explorer displays the content of 
the ZIP file. That is no extraction, hower, and clicking on "setup" 
causes the errro message. In the Windows Explorer look for the 
extraction button to extract the ZIP file.
