[amsat-bb] Cygnus Ready For Launch

This launch is carrying two Astro Pi's to the ISS which may be used to provide a video source for the HamTV system.

As well as @astro_pi the Cygnus also carries the first Elementary School satellite STMsat 437.8 MHz, and other CubeSats such as CADRE intended for later deployment from ISS.
