[amsat-bb] Launch Opportunity in Summer 2016 for Cubesats

There is a cubesat launch opportunity on a Russian Dnepr rocket going in
summer 2016 going to ~500 km Sun Synchronus orbit with some extra slots for
cubesats (1Us all the way up to 12Us). If interested, please contact Abe
