[amsat-bb] Why is my location packet not showing on the PCSAT reporter, but it is on findu.com map?

Your location showed up on both http://www.ariss.net/ and
http://aprs.fi/WD4ELG coming through via RS0ISS. Good
job!

Some of your other questions...

When NO-84's packet beacons show the call as PSAT-1, the
145.825 MHz APRS digipeater is off. The "APOFF" is also
an indicator of that. PSAT = NO-84. ARISS is recognized
by the ISS and NO-84 packet digipeaters. The 6-character
destinations are not important for APRS, as long as you
have a valid path for terrestrial or space operations.
Sometimes that destination identifies the radio or TNC
being used at that station.

When you see NO-84 packet beacons from PSAT, this means
the digipeater on 145.825 MHz is active. More about this
satellite is available at http://www.aprs.org/psat.html

NO-44 has been in orbit for 14 years, and is barely
working when in sunlight. I was able to use it for packet
QSOs about a year ago. It was originally designed to
recognize packets sent via ARISS, but now that doesn't
work. More information about NO-44 is available at
http://www.aprs.org/pcsat.html and its activity picked
up by gateway stations can be seen at the same page as
NO-84 packet activity: http://pcsat.aprs.org/

NO-44's beacons are showing up again, but the PCSAT web page
now states that digipeating via its call sign W3ADO-1 is not
authorized.
