[amsat-bb] The APRS Satellite Downlinks web page (corrected!)

ALL,

To get the downlinks from all the APRS satellites (except the ISS) use:
http://pcsat.findu.com  For ISS use http://ariss.net

Do not use the "pcsat.aprs.org" which does not show user packets.  I've
been linking to the wrong one for months or years and couldn't understand
why I was not seeing user digipeated packets half the time.  Reason is
complicated, but FINDU has two servers and so you had a 50/50 chance of
getting the right page.

I've got to change DOZENS of web pages to replace the pcsat.aprs.org links
with pcsat.findu.com links.
