[amsat-bb] Getting SatPC32 and new IC-9100 to talk over USB

Hi SAT fans,
     Just replaced a 910H with a new 9100 Icom. Trying to get the rig to 
talk to SatPC32 over the
USB connection ( Doppler control). Looks like I have some comms going to 
the radio, but the freqs
and modes are sometimes correct, sometimes not even close.  I changed 
the address in SatPC32 to $7c for
the 9100, loaded the UART bridge driver for the VCP, set the port and 
SatPC for hardware handshaking
and RTS on. Running Vista on a core 2 duo machine. Any thoughts or hints 
are greatly appreciated.
