[amsat-bb] bit of help here

[KG4BYN - Ben Harold]

the problem that _i'm_ having with satpc32 is that windows wants me to 
"log in" as administrator to install the software.  its weird because i 
AM the administrator.  i wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem?
