you will find a decoder for the XW-2A, -2B, -2C, -2D digital telemetry here:

To decode the 19k2 (9k6) telemetry use soundmodem software by UZ7HO:

Is there a GMSK sound card modem available to decode the XW-2 series
satellites? Is there a Telemetry decoder as well?
