[amsat-bb] XW-2 GMSK Modem / Telemetry App?

Thanks for taking the time to help. I have the XW-2F telemetry decoder 
running with your OnlineKiss program along with the AGW packet engine. 
The AGWPE is connected to an SCS Tracker modem which runs 9.6K. I'm told 
that it should decode even thought he XW-2F modem runs GMSK?

I'm currently testing the setup on 2 meter APRS just to see if the data 
would flow and as you can see below, it does seem to be working.

I wasn't sure which of the 3 KISS files to load that are contained in 
the AGW OnlineKiss directory so I just chose one.

The XW-2F bird is approaching as I write this so I'll let you know if it 
works.
