[amsat-bb] NO-84 question

Steve,

You can use just ARISS in that VIA field. It worked fine for
me when I tried NO-84 yesterday. The satellite retransmits what
it hears with other items inserted in the path, as you saw. PSAT
shows that the digipeater is active, when that appears in
its packets.
