[amsat-bb] K1N sat ops

I sent an email to the Pilots asking if they have a more precise time when the ops might happen. I'm thinking people would like to make sure their available for any passes there going to work.

The notice in the AMSAT news bulletin said sat ops would be more likely during the second half of the DXpedition.
