[amsat-bb] FUNcube/AO73 mode switch

Hi Folks,

I have just switched (approx 2025 UTC) FUNcube/AO73 into full time 
transponder mode. Plan is to switch back to auto eclipse mode on Sun 
evening or Mon am.

   Seems that last week I did the switching, but forgot to post to 
AMSAT-BB!! Many apols!
