[amsat-bb] Proper ADIF Band for Satellite QSOs

Good morning,

I have received a ton of eQSLs with the incorrect band listed for
satellite QSOs. I am not sure if this is the result of uploading from
a logging program or directly entering into eQSL, but please remember
that the ADIF "BAND" field should always be populated with your
transmit band, not your receive band. There is a separate field for
receive band (BAND_RX).
