[amsat-bb] XE1SIX/P EL10 - Veracruz

I worked XE1SIX operating on SO-50 this afternoon at 20:15Z.  They are
part of the South American Lighthouse activation.  They are at El Faro
de Naulta.

Several stations repeatedly called them as XE1SVT but my recording
clearly has them identifying as XE1SIX.
