[amsat-bb] blocked emails

I am also having trouble receiving emails from amsat-bb at amsat.org. I read
the emails from the digest. I can post to the list  and the emails are not
going to my junk folder. My isp is ATT-Yahoo  . I receive emails from the
HEO and the education list but not the amsat-bb list
