[amsat-bb] PSAT PSK31 experimental software

I'm using a GAP Challenger vertical for 10m and on 70cm an M2 30el (15h/15V)
RHCP yagi on a Yaesu G5500 az/el rotator, but a handheld Arrow or similar
antenna for 70cm would probably work fine.
