[amsat-bb] Is ISS Digipeater not always on for use?

The Ericsson (M-PA Series) transceivers are on board in the ISS Columbus
module which is closer to the common work and living areas. The Kenwood
radio is located in the ISS FGB Service Module (Zarya).
