[amsat-bb] AO-27?

While waiting for SO-50 I started hearing tones and a strong carrier.  I
quickly looked up what birds use 436.795 and found AO-27 does (did?), so I
quickly looked for where AO-27 should be and SatPC32 showed it was nearly
right over me.  Is AO-27 alive again?
