[amsat-bb] PSAT and BRICsat oscar numbers?

To Whom it may concern:



We request OSCAR numbers for PSAT and BRICsat.



PSAT is fully operational as APRS digipeaer and as PSK31 transponder

BRICsat has been heard with Telemetry and its PSK31 transponder has also
been heard though weakly.



Request NO## and NO## with PSAT getting the first number.
