[amsat-bb] PSAT Orbit-228

On my last try I saw a digi from one person, but got no telemetry.
Just checking here, I'm using UISS as software. I've got "CQ" in the "To:"
box and "PSAT" in the "Via:" box. That should work, yes?
If not, what are other folks using?
