[amsat-bb] eQSL Strategy for multiple grid locations

I believe you actually have to set up multiple callsigns - or set up
multiple QTHs with start and end dates.

It's a total pain. I don't put portable QSOs on eQSL for this reason.

They have promised to implement a better system, but they've said that
for years.
