[amsat-bb] Young ham’s first contact is via FO-29

That was her first ever over the air QSO!

Hope was operating the K4AMG Memorial Amateur Radio Club's portable SATCOM 
station.

She wants to operate SO 50 but I can not remember the offset using SATPAC 
program.  It might be + 5 kHz.
