[amsat-bb] lost amateur satellite.txt in Sat32PC

Hi Scott,
to me it seems that the current Celestrak file amateur.txt is faulty and
doesn't contain Keplerian data.

I download the Celestrak files noaa.txt and amateur.txt directly into
my browser.
To do so I opened Celestrak.SQF (SatPC32 menu "?", "Auxiliary Files")
and copied the Celestrak addresses for noaa.txt and amateur.txt into the
address line of my browser. The data of noaa.txt was displayed
normally, with amateur.txt I got a blank sheet.

There is a copy of amateur.txt in the folder SatPC32_DataBackup (sub
folder Kepler). The path to that folder is the same as the path of the
data folder SatPC32, see footline of menu "Satellites". But the copy is
an older file, of course.
