[amsat-bb] Icom IC-471A repairs

 Hello,I have a -471a that is deaf and dumb.  memories work, sound comes from speaker, squelch works, but will only hear HT signal when placed close to printed circuit board wen case is off.  Will go into transmit mode, but no power output noted.  Please let me know what might be the possible fixes, and is there is anyone within a couple of hundred miles of Abilene, Texas who will be willing to assist with repairs or who do it for a fee.
